I have known Nigel and Sarah Rice for three years now, as their company, Acre PC, is employed by our school’s Board of Trustees, to maintain our Information and Communication Technology.
This involves the maintenance of thirty nine Personal Computers, forty six Laptop Computers, one Server, and numerous other hardware components, such as ports, hubs printers network systems etc.
Nigel has a vast and wide knowledge and we consider him as an expert in his field. He always finds solutions when things don’t go as they should, such as damage sustained from power surges, to children misusing computers.
Nigel provides excellent advice on the phone as required, reflecting his ability to communicate appropriate information for quick remedies. He will always follow up on his advice or when work has been completed.
His charges are very competitive, one of the major reasons for his employment by the BOT. His invoices are well detailed leaving no doubt as to what work was done and which costs related to what.
Sarah’s very pleasant phone manner and reliability in passing messages on , is also a big factor in this school using Acre PC. As a team, Nigel and Sarah access all replacement parts for us while discussing cost options at the same time, ensuring we get the best deal.
I would strongly recommended any organization that is seeking professionalism, honesty and integrity, and wants quality workmanship and knowledge in the field of ITC to seriously consider Acre PC to attend their needs.
