Nigel is a director of Acre PC and has worked in the IT industry for 25 years internationally. He has experience in everything from tracking a packet of sausages through the chill chain of a supermarket group to delivering up to the minute international news over the internet. If it can be fixed, Nigel can fix it.
For the last ten years Nigel has been helping people in the Bay with their IT issues. "I really enjoy working with our customers. I've met so many fascinating people and it’s been a pleasure to be involved in so many diverse businesses and institutions." Nigel oversees the domain name, hosting and email set ups for the businesses we look after and supports the whole team as required. With an immense knowledge in many areas, Nigel is able to back up the technical and web sides of the business when they are under pressure.
In his spare time, Nigel enjoys mucking about with diggers in the garden and can often be found out fishing in the harbour. He does karate to keep himself fit. During winter Nigel enjoys skiing and fits in days on Mount Ruapehu throughout the season.
Derrick Ryan is a director of Acre PC and a very experienced technical consultant. His speciality is tailoring I.T infrastructure to suit the needs of individual businesses. Always up to date with the latest solutions, Derrick is a top tier engineer who works closely with business owners to ensure they get the best infrastructure solutions within their budget.
He has the best interests of his clients at heart at all times. Leveraging the latest technology and smart integration techniques, Derrick provides solutions that save time and money. One example is with the roll out of fibre throughout Tauranga, Derrick is implementing VoIP phone solutions that save our clients up to 60% off their phone bills.
Derrick has been working in the IT Industry for over 10 years within New Zealand and Internationally having previously spent time in the Military. Hailing originally from Ireland, Derrick spent several years I.T consulting for corporates in Auckland including NZ Football, Barkers, Topshelf Productions and Choice TV before moving down to Tauranga to be close to family in 2012.
In his spare time Derrick enjoys walking the dog, hiking, motorbiking and shooting.
Ben Kent-Fiebig holds a diploma in Computer Network Systems Engineering. He is CompTIA A+ certified and a Mac Certified Associate. He has been an IT engineer in Tauranga for 5 years and joined Acre Pc in 2016, quickly becoming a valued member of the team.
Customers enjoy his open and honest approach to understanding their issues and Bens clear communication is welcomed by those who hate listening to jargon. Ben visits home and business clients daily as well as offering remote support from the office.
In his spare time Ben enjoys hunting and is a member of Tauranga Pistol Club. He has a busy social life both on and offline and also spends too much time fixing up old cars.
Mohammad arrived in Tauranga to study Network Engineering at Cornell Institute from his home country of Bangladesh in 2014. Having completed his CCNA and CCNP training he joined Acre Pc and works in a junior role, supporting the other technicians in the workshop.
Mohammad is passionate about both playing and watching Cricket and goes to watch international games whenever he has the opportunity. He also enjoys hanging out with friends and exploring New Zealand.

Sarah Rice is a director of Acre PC with a background in Marketing, Sales and Concept Development. She uses her experience to help clients make the most of their marketing. Sarah worked in the food industry for a supermarket group and for a large scale catering company in the UK before moving to NZ where she started Acre PC with Nigel back in 2005. Sarah now consults with clients on their marketing opportunities including logo design, facebook marketing, business development and website design with clients. "It's essential to understand the customer that your marketing is aiming at and address that customer directly."

Sarah loves horse riding, playing electric guitar, cooking and endeavours to finish The Listener Cryptic Crossword on a weekly basis, often unsuccessfully. She is active within New Zealand Pony Club, is head coach at Otumoetai Te Puna Pony Club and secretary with Tauranga Pony Club.
Matthew Brauchli is an artist and graphic designer with a wide range of skills in media and creation. Having a keen interest in IT and coding, Matthew took courses in HTML, CSS, Java and SQL and now creates websites that merge great graphic design with technical precision and strong marketing messages.
In addition to this Matthew can also create 3d design projects, logo design, brochure development and most other visual media requirements for clients.

In his spare time, Matthew enjoys airsoft, playing music, the outdoors, and working on the family lifestyle block in Te Puna.
Brad Heath is a qualified Software Developer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems. From a young age he has always found programming to be an intriguing endeavour and often thought it was amazing how all software starts from a blank screen.
Outside of work Brad likes to spend his time with friends and family, listening to music, working on his garden and keeping an active lifestyle.
Richard Rennie completed a B.Com (Ag) at Lincoln University in 1988 and spent time in the market research business with A.C. Nielsen, as a client executive for fast moving consumer goods clients.
He trained as a journalist, spending three years with the NZ Farmer and he now uses that experience to help clients present their companies and products. His services include web site copy, brochure copy, company publications and press releases.
